Degree in Law at the Catholic University of Milan, at the beginning he carried out an experience in the management scope of the insurance sector for a primary Italian company. Afterwards he passed to the commercial function with increasing responsibilities in the logistic and trades development areas. In 1999 he achieved the tourism and hotel services sector in which he strengthen his own competences to support the human resources division, with a particular relevance to the contractual profiles. He has been collaborating with SOGES S.p.A. since June 2008 and at the end of 2012 he assumed the role of general manager in Soges Search.
Degree in Literature and Philosophy at the University of Turin, specialization in communication sciences. He developed the start-up of the office in Turin for Soges Executive Search, from the end of 2012. Nowadays, after having covered the role of the Turin office Manager, he is the national trade coordinator and he also follows projects of search and selection of Middle and Top Management, as Key Account Manager. He deepened his previous experiences in consultancy in international Anglo-Saxon groups, leader in the Head-Hunting area.
After the degree in Business Economics and the Master in e-business at the Polytechnic of Turin, he began an experience with Oréal Italia in marketing and training. Afterwards he played a role in commercial coordination at Seat Pagine Gialle and then he moved to the world of Head Hunting within a primary multinational reality. At the end of 2012 he took part at the start-up of Soges International Search and from January 2014 he has been following the start-up of Soges Search Office in Mondovì (CN). He currently covers the role of head of project selection and Head Hunting for the North-West territory.
After the degree in Clinical and Community Psychology, she started her activity in recruiting, middle and top management level both in the Italian and international leading players. In December 2012 she took part to the start-up of Soges Executive Search division, as Recruiting Responsible. The deep knowledge of the reference market allows her to accompany the customer in each phase of the search, following the selection project in line with his needs and required timing. Work’s methodology includes the individual structured colloquy, assessment, mapping and the use of DISC based systems.
After the degree in Law at the University of Turin, she began her professional path as part of the team of Human Resources at Iveco S.p.A. She continued her experience in Soges Spa, at first in the legal field with particular reference to the contracts area. In 2013 she became part of the division Soges Executive Search, carrying out the activity of recruiting, providing a personal consultancy for the customers and accompanying them in achievement of the best candidates.
After completing her degree in “Programmazione e Gestione dei servizi educativi e formativi”, she started her career in childcare services. She approached the Human Resources working for one of the leading national players, consolidating her skills in recruitment and delivery. In January 2017 she began her experience in Soges Executive Search.
Dopo la Laurea in Psicologia del Lavoro e delle Organizzazioni, inizia dal 2000 la sua attività di recruiting di Candidature di Specialist, Middle e Top Management, con un particolare focus sul mondo della Finanza, BankAssurance, Banking, Studi Professionali, GDO e Retail.
La prima esperienza in azienda è all’interno del team di Ricerca e Selezione di Banca Fineco, nell’area Commerciale e Retail Sud Italia, negli anni seguenti come Consulente con varie Società operanti nel settore del Recruiting ed Enti specializzati nella Formazione per aziende. Dal 2014 si occupa di Recruiting ed Head-Hunting su tutto il territorio nazionale, con un focus particolare sulle aree geografiche della Lombardia e del Sud Italia.
Da circa 14 anni si occupa di Risorse Umane, in contesti nazionali e multinazionali. Ha maturato esperienze significative in diverso settori, tra i quali automotive, aerospace ed automazione (nel Gruppo FCA, Ilte e Ge Avio), e ha collaborato nel tempo con diverse funzioni aziendali: progettazione, produzione, vendita, post vendita e funzioni di staff.
Da inizio 2016 decide di intraprendere la strada della libera professione, supportando le Aziende clienti in attività di reclutamento e selezione, valutazione e formazione.
Dal 2016 è anche Coach in ambito aziendale e sportivo, intervenendo direttamente a supporto dei clienti per l'ottimizzazione della Performance individuale e di gruppo e da ottobre 2017 come Senior Consultant & Recruiter con Soges Execuitve Search.
